We’re excited that rugby shirts are back on the style radar, except we thought they could use a few improvements. To create the Dennis we started with ridiculously soft Pima Jersey, the cashmere of cottons. Then we garment dyed and washed them for richer saturation of color, no shrinking, and THE softest Henley you’ll ever wear. We’ve also paid close attention to details and fit, such as angled shoulder seams for a cleaner shoulder line and a spot-on fit that’s not too slim and not too wide. Finally, we lost the white rugby collar in favor of a three-button, cotton-twill placket and thin self-binding around the neck. Of course we didn’t lose the signature rugby stripes because, that might be the coolest part.
