Orders and Shipping

Who do I contact if I am having a problem placing my order online?
If you have any issue at all in placing your order please email our Customer Care specialist at info@t-christopher.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

How do I check my order status?
For all shipped packages, we email you tracking number. If you need to change the ship to address or simply learn the whereabouts of your order, please contact the carrier directly.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Until an order has been shipped, yes you can cancel. In the event we have to unfortunately cancel your order because merchandise is out of stock, we will contact you with a follow up email. If you would like to change your ship to address, please contact USPS directly once you have received your tracking number from our Customer Care specialist via email.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
We offer free USPS Ground shipping within the United States if your purchase is $100 (excluding taxes and shipping) or more. At checkout select the "Free Shipping" option as your shipping method. The shipping time should be 3-6 days to arrive. If you would like your item to arrive sooner you can select 2-Day Select or Next Day Air for an additional upcharge.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days, (excluding weekends and holidays) and transportation time is typically 3-6 days. You will be notified of your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you want quicker delivery, you can choose the 2-Day Select or Next Day Air option for an additional charge.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer:
  • USPS Ground: Shipping charge is $10 (unless your order is over $100 excluding taxes and shipping) and order arrives 3-6 days business days upon order being processed. Fed Ex 2-Day Air: Shipping upcharge of $20 and order should arrive 2 business days upon order being processed.

Where do you ship to? We ship to all the United States. If you are looking to ship your order internationally please contact our Customer Care specialist via email at info@t-christopher.com and we will do our best to accommodate your special request.



Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We give you 30 days from receipt of goods to return your order.
  • All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have both the original hang tags and care content label attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, T-Christopher reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Items may be sent back to customer.
  • Please email our Customer Care specialist to request your return authorization. Our Customer Care specialist will email you back the Return Authorization confirmation and a USPS shipping label. The return authorization document must be included in your returned package.
  • It will take 7-10 days from receipt of your return for the credit to be processed through our system. The credit will be issued back to your original method of payment.
  • All Clearance Sale items are final and not eligible for an exchange, refund, or credit.

What if my item(s) arrive damaged or incorrect?
Please take a photo of your item(s) in question. Email it directly to our Customer Care specialist at info@t-christopher.com. We will review it and get back to you within 1-3 business days from receipt of your email request.

What is your exchange policy?
We understand that at times you might wish to exchange an item that you have purchased.
Please use the following steps:
  • Contact our Customer Care specialist at info@t-christopher.com alerting us of your request with style/color/size details and number of piece(s).
  • The Customer Care specialist then will issue a Return Authorization form that they will email to you with an USPS shipping label. All exchanges will be shipped via UPS Ground. If you require a faster shipping method it can be done at an extra charge.
  • All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have both the original hang tags and care content label attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, T-Christopher reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Items may be sent back to customer.
  • You will then purchase the replacement item(s) which will be handled as a new purchase and be charged to your payment method accordingly.
  • Once we receive your returned item(s) we will then credit to your original payment method within 1-3 days of receipt of return.

What U.S. States do you charge a sales tax to?
Orders shipping to the following states are subject to applicable sales taxes: CA, CO, FL, MA, MI, NV, NY, OH, RI, TN, and TX. This will be calculated at the time of checkout.
